KAMLOOPS, B.C. - Indiana State junior sprinter Katie Wise (Morgantown, Ind.) ran to a silver in the women's 100 meters today, finishing just behind her Team USA teammate Cierra White as the United States took the top two spots at the Eighth North American Central America Caribbean (NACAC) Under 23 Championships Friday.
